Short answer is yes. Demand month to month is different. We totally understand. We are flexible in two ways.

One being theres no account purchase limit meaning you can have multiple requests worked on at once. Two, all plan has the ability to pause. What does that mean? Say all your needs have been delivered, but you still have 2 weeks left in your subscription.

When you pause, those 2 weeks are frozen. So when you need more designs you can resume your account with those 2 weeks free of charge. You'll then be billed after that remaining period is up.

No. Actually far from it. We are a subscription, a tangible service. More like a solution to design contracting, in-house hiring and partnering with agencies.

The short answer is anyone who's had experience working with a designer before.

This definitely doesn't mean we don't accept clients who haven't worked with designers before. Our process is easy to understand.

You need better designs if:

A. You have too many design needs and need more support

B. You’re spending too much money on your freelance or in-house designer

C. You’re tired of surprise charges during the revision process

D. You need an affordable on-demand service

Short answer is no. We encourage purchasing an account and pausing it once your request has been for filled. So then you can make that one month last for way longer than just one month.

We purely work async. Meaning meetings just hold us down. In years of experience Loom videos at most have been the most effective way to communicate. Our requesting system makes it super easy to break down projects anyway.
